Neuraltracer provides a comprehensive GenAI detection suite. By accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
02. Accuracy & Precision Narrative
Nature of AI Detection
You acknowledge that AI detection is an evolving science. Neuraltracer leverages state-of-the-art proprietary algorithms and the Google Vision API to provide a probability-based assessment.
No Guarantee
While we strive for maximum precision, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Our results should be used as one of many signals in your decision-making process, not as absolute proof of an image's origin.
03. Usage Limits & Payments
All payments and subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the significant computational resources required for image forensics:
- Credits and subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
- Unauthorized scraping, automated bulk-testing, or attempts to reverse-engineer our models will result in immediate account termination without refund.
04. Limitation of Liability
Neuraltracer, its employees, and its third-party providers (including Google Cloud) shall not be held liable for any damages—including loss of data or profit—arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Neuraltracer, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
